Complete refurbishment of an existing 1960s three bedroom house.
Works included conversion of an attached garage to studio/bedroom accommodation with an extension above providing a further bedroom and family bathroom. The thermal performance and external appearance were substantially improved by the application of white render, new roofing and additional windows.
