project summary
Suzie Bridges led the design team for the major rebuild and extension of the Grade II listed dance house to provide state of the art facilities for dance and dance education.
The project included a cutting edge, contemporary 1500 seat auditorium, rehearsal spaces, the Lilian Bayliss studio, a restored Grade I listed Georgian building, and administration, community and education facilities. The process set new standards for consultation, access and sustainability in public buildings.
